Inspection without adaptation is pointless in Scrum

People are naturally Agile. People will adapt as is needed. Our personal lives require us to demonstrate that ability more than our professional environments often allow us to do. Scrum, much like life, is all about adaptation. Scrum sets opportunities for professionals to regularly inspect in order to adapt. Inspecting without adaption is pointless. That is an act of futility.
